Man this... this thing I call a piece of art. In here, there was altering using the liquify, digital painting, airbrushing, enhancing, etc etc... I quite like it, even though it looks so... messy.

Anyway, that's a great photomanip you achieved here!
If I may, it's a bit too badthat the hair looks so "smudged"..

But I like it, there is a great feel to it :)
